Established in 1952 in North London, we are the oldest supplier of commercial pressing machinery in the UK. We supply steam irons, dry irons, and tailoring accessories to tailors, fashion and costume colleges, hotels, department stores, dry cleaners, fashion designers, theatres, and alteration workshops.

Customer service is paramount to Danor. Most orders for new Comel Ironing Systems and Fusing Presses are delivered within 24 hours and FREE within the M25.

Our mobile engineers cover the whole of the South East and offer a swift, efficient and friendly repair service.

Danor Engineering are the official agents and suppliers of Comel Industrial Steam Pressing, Due Effe and other Steam Pressing equipment in London. Since 1989 we have been the sole agents for Comel Industrial steam irons and pressing equipment products.

  What an amazing company. I went to visit Danor engineering to get my industrial iron fixed and what a lovely experience. My assistant and I met Peter and his wife and they could not have been more professional and kind. Peter took a look at my iron there and then and after a bit of work, he  made sure it  was working perfectly. He also demonstrated what to do if something generic  wrong with it in the future. I went on to purchase a suction bed ironing table which was promptly delivered in perfect condition to my studio. I’m so happy that I found this company. I won’t be using anybody else in the future.
